Visiting us in person
Two sloped ramps lead to the push-pad operated front doors, and we have accessible toilet facilities on the ground and first floors. The front of house team is always ready to help visitors who need it when accessing the bar or opening the double doors to the lift area, and assistance dogs are welcome.
Admission Policy for Young Children
All children aged 15 and under must be supervised by an adult (18+), with at least one adult per 10 children. The supervising adult must sit next to the child or children they are responsible for. If a child is causing a disturbance, venue management reserves the right to ask the parent or supervisor to remove them.
Children aged 18 months to 15 years require their own ticket, which will be charged at full price unless a child concession is available at the time of booking.
Children under 3 will not be admitted to the venue unless the event is specifically advertised as suitable for under 3s at the time of booking.
Babes in arms (children under 18 months, unless stated otherwise on the event listing and ticket) will only be admitted to performances designed for them, such as pantomimes and shows that allow under 3s. Where permitted, they may attend free of charge but must sit on an adult’s lap as no separate seat will be allocated. If a performance has additional age restrictions, these will be clearly stated on the event page of our website.
